God of Hope

Romans 15:13 Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

God of hope: God is a God of hope. An interesting expression in Greek. God has a lot hope around that we can use. It's the same expression as "man of wealth", which means a man that has a lot of money. God of hope, a God that has a lot of hope available for us.

Joy and peace in believing: As we believe God, (trust, love, obey), God will supply us, or fill us, and make us rich in joy and peace.

So that we will abound in hope: Rich in hope. God of hope will fill us with joy and peace as we believe, so that we will be rich with hope. (So that we will have a lot of hope available in us, even abound, overflow, that people around us can share the hope.)

By the power of the Holy Spirit. The way that God uses to fill us with joy and peace in our believing is by the power of the Holy Spirit. "power" in Greek is "Dunamei" same root as dynamite. The explosive power of the Holy Spirit will be given us so that we can have joy, peace and rich in hope.
